This 3-day mini-retreat is designed as a "time out" for people who want to climb out of the valley of reactionism in their lives and – interactively and from a neutral, confidential vantage point – reclaim their professional balance.

This includes taking an honest and critical look at the values and beliefs that frame your actions. Both individually and as part of the group - with the facilitation and support of your coach - you will have an opportunity:

• To pinpoint the driving factors in your life as it is now

• To define an adapted (or: alternative!) scenario that reflects the direction you want your life to take

• To outline, discuss and share strategies that empower you to act decisively to get from where you are now to where you’d like to be

Before you leave our inspiring location you will have created a personalized action portfolio (or: LifePrint™) outlining the priorities you’ve consciously set in your life. You will also have received a collection of exercises, tools and resources to help you chart your progress, and – if necessary – regain your course along the way.
